Cancellation & Policy Terms

You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by fax at 612-9475-0492 or email registration at searchstrategies.com.au by March 1, 2008. Your registration will be refunded less a $250 processing fee.

Cancellations after March 1, 2008 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by notifying registration at searchmarketingexpo.com.

SMX Sydney is open to business professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.

Disclaimer

Search Strategies reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics.

However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.

You and your company consent to Search Strategies recording via video/audio and/or photographing the event and using such items, including your likeness, in future promotions.

Search Strategies assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any Search Marketing Expo participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
